Elementary student left at Nashville Zoo on field trip
The mother and father of an Athens Metropolis Faculties university student had to select their youngster up from the Nashville Zoo after his school group still left him there on a discipline vacation.

The dad and mom of an Alabama elementary college scholar had been forced to travel far more than 100 miles from Huntsville to pick up their son at the Nashville Zoo this week immediately after his school team left him guiding on a subject vacation, media outlets report.
The youngster, recognized as Julian Newman Elementary School scholar Sailor Davis, was at the jungle health club when he dropped the group on Monday, March 21, his mom instructed WAAY-Television set.
Sailor then walked into a restaurant at the zoo and informed workforce that he was misplaced, a zoo spokesperson told WHNT. Zoo officers then executed their “lost little one protocol” and contacted the Athens City Educational institutions district.
“We kept him safe and sound and in a room, he was observing cartoons, took a nap for a while, you know he was alright,” the zoo spokesman instructed WHNT. “I believe that like any person who receives separated from their group, he was a minimal anxious about that for the most section.
